This place is AMAZING! I went in for wiper blades and got the full service. I don’t know if it was because I was there at opening when no one else does or if Darrel is always that nice. Maybe he has a “honey do” list at home from his wife and was trying to save my husband a job, but I bought the blades and he put them on for me!!! He actually went outside the store and installed my new wipers and took the old ones away. 5 star service - love this place - made my morning!
Manager Darryll was so rude and unfriendly. 1 star to him. 5 stars to Kenny! I wish he was the manager. I purchased a $222 battery from Napa/Larry's Auto Parts and had to recharge my old Costco battery that had drained twice, so something was clearly draining the battery, but the way Darryl was complained about my battery situation and then asked me after the fact for $15 per charge (which he didn't inform me about prior to charging it) was rude and uncomfortable.
