The people there were friendly, efficient, good-natured, helpful, and communicative. I was getting spark plugs, and the delightful person who helped me was clear and forthcoming about the differences in the options they carried for that car.
This NAPA is owned/operated by "Larry" and they do NOT assist with or honor any issues, warranty, or service for genuine NAPA parts that weren't purchased directly from their store. Simply stated that you need to go to another NAPA store not affiliated with "Larrys". In contrast, NAPA Hanabusa in Waianae was very helpful and solved my issues.
