I bought something online at NAPA that came broken in the mail due inadequate packaging and I tried to return it to this store for a refund (on Sept 13th at approximately 11:30 am) and the employees working refused to help me. The website literally states you can return online or at participating stores, which they are.
They were not very knowledgeable about parts.
NAPA Auto Parts sells shock absorbers that are made in China and are of terrible quality. When had a defective one, they refused to replace it. They don't guarantee their parts, and 95% of their inventory is imported. I don't recommend buying from them.
