Employee was unable to help me, too busy answering phone and wasn't very knowledgeable
Always has one person working there and they always are trying to help someone with automotive questions so if you go in there to buy anything, it will be totally ignored and not even acknowledged and you will wait in line for long period of time to try to buy anything.. So we just put the items back on the shelf and left we will go to a different auto parts store for our needs. Person never even spoke or said I’ll be with you in a minute or anything.
Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable. Called when parts were received for pickup. Prices are reasonable. Didn't blink on ordering a part for a 25 year old truck.
