As always got good quality service they take care of me very well have no complaints
Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone just now. I called to see if they had or could get an EGR cooler inlet hose and he said not in stock but that he could get one tomorrow which is fine, but then had to throw in that I should have called 54 minutes ago to have it ordered by them. How am I supposed to know that? Then I asked if they rented out or carried to purchase a vacuum re-filler bleeding kit for coolant systems and he told me he didn't know because he's not a mechanic.
