Great customer service Fast and friendly
Have come in many times and usually deal with RJ who is knowledgeable and helpful! Today we came in looking for air filters and oil change supplies and dealt with Marie. She provided some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Scoffing when I asked if they sold oil change kits for my specific welder. She responded well no I need part numbers. I explained that I gave her the year make and model of my machine (which is all the information I have ever provided in the past) and received what I was looking for. W... read more
The person who helped me was rude and did not seem interested in assisting customers. The service felt unprofessional and left a negative impression.
