Not too bad a local parts store. Definitely has improved in parts accuracy over previous years.
I cannot recommend Napa to anyone. I believe that some training in customer service would greatly benefit the staff. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and management, I was disappointed when I was told that the staff couldn't assist me because other customers were more important. Mind you I was at the counter as the customer at the time .This was my unfortunate experience with the company. It’s evident that the staff needs serious training on how to provide better service.
Son came in to pick up oil and was less than a minute late, guy looked at him as he locked the door and then proceeded to charge him an extra $75 call out fee on top of the cost of the special oil he needed for his car. Not impressed NAPA sometimes kindness goes a long way.
Bad parts and worse service. Hydroboosters shouldnt fail at 3000km, and the replacement deffinitly shouldnt fail at 5km, mind you both times it was fully bled with approved powersteering fluid and brake fluid. Id rather pay $700 for one at pats than deal with these guys again
