We had an electrician trenching a power line to a new Morton building we put up, and he cut our LP gas line. He thankfully knew how to turn it off, but that meant that we wouldn't have any heat in the house. Since we live in Iowa, that isn't a great thing. I called Key and talked to Scott. So far after a letter threating to take my tanks cause my credit was not good enough. I had 30 days to find someone new. YOUR tanks that you wanted so badly have been sitting in my yard for almost 4 months. After serveral calls and lies about when youll be here. My yard is not your storage lot. Maybe I should charge you guys a few. Please come we get tank. Dont threaten customers to have their gas gone in 30 daya if theres no follow through.
Not especially my kind of place anymore.
