Rob and Ed are the 2 best auto part salesmen in the area. Ed spent about 10 minutes searching every shelf in their backroom for the part I needed, then Rob personally went out to the parking lot and crawled under my truck to make sure it was the right one. THAT is top-notch salesmanship!

I've been putting off replacing the wipers on my vehicle because every time I try to do something like that I end up with a mess. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer. I went to NAPA and purchased them. Rob asked me if I needed anything else. Joking, I said "not unless you install." Rob quickly volunteered to do it for me and wouldn't let me pay him for the installation. I'm sure I was also cutting into his lunch break. Service above and beyond! He and Diana(?) were a delight to deal with.
