Employees are very knowledgeable about many vehicles. I have a 30+ year old pickup and they seem to be happy to take the time to find the right part when I need it. The guys say thank you with a smile.
Employees were kind and nice, however the employees surely are not quite as knowledgeable as they should be. I asked the (very kind) woman on the phone if the fuel filter I was ordering had a fuel water separator. I then said that I didn't know if she knew what that was (I've had issues with knowledgeability at parts stores quite often) and told me she knew and I quote exactly what I was talking about and then I ordered the part.
