They had exactly what my husband was looking for, Prestone Heavy duty coolant concentrate...put it up front by the cashier so my husband could just come in, pay for it and go. Getting the job done that day. FANTASTIC !!! Could not find this product anywhere !
I had a really disappointing experience at NAPA Auto Parts JRRS Auto and Truck today. The older gentleman at the counter seemed like he hated his life and was not friendly and uninterested in helping and gave me the wrong parts for my vehicle—even after I brought in the parr to match up. I’ve always trusted NAPA for quality and reliability, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. I ended up wasting time, money, and still had to go elsewhere to get the correct parts.
