These guys don’t know what’s going on in their own store, employees are extremely inconsiderate, customer service team sounds like it’s ran by the owners family meaning they speak to you as if nothing they say is consequential… ordered some batteries online, called ahead of time to see if they were there and provided all info needed to track the order, they were just passing me off to each sale rep for 20 min(store is basically empty), I had enough to to drive to the location while I was on hold and when I got there the guy ... read more
