They lost a customer today. Ordered product online around 10AM. I called after 1 hour asking when I can expect pickup. 2:30 was the pickup time. OK, not thrilled, but I waited. 3:00 o'clock comes, call again. Order isn't there. When's it coming? Well, they cancelled the order and didn't tell me and then tried to redirect to another product.
