I bought a battery from here in October. I normally don't review, but the other reviewer gave me a chuckle. Anywho, the battery I needed was somewhat of an oddball size so I called first. These guys had 1 in stock and were kind enough to set it aside for me until I arrived. When I got there, the item was there, correct, and the staff was pleasant to deal with.
I was treated like a bother for needing my battery and alternator tested. If they told me when I called they didn't want to I would have went to advanced auto. They said yes we switch old battery's out for new ones but how hard is yours to change? Shouldn't he know if he works there instead of asking a girl? He wouldn't change it for me because he had a delivery to do in an hour.
