I'm not sure if the bald guy with a long beard was having a bad day or what the deal was but he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a part that I had ordered, he looked at me and he said, "I don't know". And then proceeded to ask me who ordered it as if I know the names of the staff in the store. It's not my job to micromanage who works at this location or how they handle parts that are ordered in from other locations and i've never experienced this at any other auto parts store including napa location... read more
