The owner (John) was very rude about helping me, I tried to return a part and he would not accept it, basically because he wont get any money out of it. I called several other stores and they told me that there should be no reason for him to not take the part. (This was all over a phone call). I went to the store and he told me I could get store merchandise for the price of what the part was. ( keep in mind he sold me a defective part).
