Didn't have what I needed (pressed in grease fittings). Store looked well stocked. Parking lot is small, definitely back in to make it easy to get out.
I walked into Napa today not knowing what to expect. As i walked in the person who was visibly facing the door did not greet me nor say a hello or anything. He only stared at me as i approached the counter. As i approached this nice gentlemen named Pedro ended up helping me and his customer service made up for the lack there of his counterparts. If you’re going in store. Just ask for Pedro his customer service is great and he really does go above and beyond for you as a customer.
