The employees are incredibly polite just lazy! Stopped by today to pick up motor oil and wiper blades and was sent back outside with a tape measure to measure the blades instead of the employee looking up the sizes inthr system. I have never in my life had to measure the blades. Then as I'm standing at the wall of oil confused, another customer helped me find the oil I need instead of the staff. SMH. I will still go back, just incredibly disappointed with their laziness.
Bad service, rude staff

Stopped in Napa auto parts on camp road looking for a new battery for my Jeep. The older man (white hair and long white beard )behind the counter never said a word when I walked up to the counter. I asked him for a new battery for my car and he was just rude and nasty, not helpful at all. Stay away from this place.
