Bad service, rude staff
This establishment exhibits extremely rude and unpleasant staff behavior, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as the customer service is subpar and unsatisfactory.
Stopped in Napa auto parts on camp road looking for a new battery for my Jeep. The older man (white hair and long white beard )behind the counter never said a word when I walked up to the counter. I asked him for a new battery for my car and he was just rude and nasty, not helpful at all. Stay away from this place.
Didn't have what I needed (pressed in grease fittings). Store looked well stocked. Parking lot is small, definitely back in to make it easy to get out.
