Well stocked store...I've never left due to an out of stock item. Counter help can be hit or miss so do your research first. Update to original review: this store appears to be under new management and it's all for the best. The new guys are friendly and helpful...no more getting barked at from behind the counter. Upgraded to 5 stars!
We at Bauer Automotive love working with Chatham NAPA. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and Dwayne is the best! We get a lot of our parts from them at great prices.
Do not order from this NAPA especially off of Amazon. The seller feedback was only 51% but looking through the reviews it was mostly unhappy 1 star reviews. In my case I ordered a tool and received a completely different lower quality brand. I was still charged full price. Many of the reviews shared my complaint of receiving lower quality or wrong items with poor customer service. This is unacceptable and hopefully Amazon removes them from the seller list.
