Would not warranty a year old battery because their tester says it’s good. Went back 4 times. Bought a $200 battery charger and charged it over night. Spent two stints on their charger. Won’t crank an 18 hp honda motor. Other batteries will and it will crank with my jump box and start with hand pull cord. So….battery obviously bad. I have been. Customer for 50 years. Unless you warranty battery I am not going back and will spread the word about your service
WARNING NAPA SELLS OUTDATED BATTERIES.!!!! I've bought 15 of the commercial batteries, they fail within months. Brought into the store under warranty and told they're fine. Even brand new they have little cold cranking for any of my Commercial Trucks. Definitely not made for Bend winters. Store employee encourages me to file complaints with corporate. I've been a custome since the original store opened downtown over 30 years ago.
