Right now i am really upset. Bought a brand new 300 dollar battery for my traverse. 1 month later its dead as door nail. I take it back to NAPA they tested and battery is bad. Clearly it cane from there, and they wouldnt exchange without receipt because they didnt know how to go thru the systme to find it. Said come back monday. Its Saturday now Here it is SUNDAY morning i am standing in the pouring rain with ALL 4 WINDOWS DOWN.
Always great customer service. Prices are a little higher than other auto part stores, but service is always awesome. Thwy also have a few more things other auto part stores don't have. Thwy can usually get parts in foe rising mowers or other small gas engine stuff.
