These people are not very good at their job. I was forced to return unopened products with a full receipt to a separate NAPA location because they ”smelled gas” on the product. The was gas on my hands from working on the vehicle. These people have no brains. 0/10 experience and the lady was very rude.
Griffin NAPA wouldn’t warranty my battery that was actively leaking acid and testing bad, but went to this NAPA and not only did they order me a new battery asap (didn’t have one in stock) but had it ready for me when I walked in. No problems, super nice people, even offered to help replace it tho I didn’t need them to. Please go here before any other parts store in this area!!
