The staff was helpful and friendly during the battery purchase. I paid $18 for core charge. They warned me about saving my receipt to bring the old battery in but things happen when getting auto repairs and the receipt was lost. They refused to give me the $18 even though I drove 1 1/2 hours to do the return. I paid with a debit card and they keep purchase information in their system .there is no reason not to give back 18 with or without receipt .I left the battery so I'm sure someone somewhere benefitted
It was okay. The staff was friendly and helped as best as he could. The place was small compared to other stores. Not very clean.
I needed to have my truck battery switched out after it went bad. The staff there (Vanessa and Chris) were very helpful and courteous. Chris even helped me change out the old battery and put the new one in. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Thanks to you both, you made my day!! 5 Stars, keep up the good work 👍
