Always great folks and great products here in Dunellon but the real asset is that lady Alissa the manager , she’s a rare find :) I’ve watched help people before and was impressed until she had to help me , now I know I’ll never go anywhere else for part while she’s in that store , she treated me with respect and care and I feel like coming back again and telling everyone I had nothing but A plus experiences with her and her team , thank you
This is absolutely the worst NAPA store. I brought in my actual receipt and they would not refund my $18.00 dollars for a battery core. They stated that I need to return the core at the NAPA place of purchase. They strictly do the bare minimum here. They also have no automated system or the are to lazy to enter customers into the system. Every time I have been here there has been an issue. Every year I have been purchasing my oil and air filters for 2 vehicles. It stops today.
