I ordered parts and was told they would arrive the following day after 6 am. Wrong, after driving 60 miles one way, no parts. A mechanic was scheduled to work on the truck at 8 am, waste of time
RecommendedNapa is the only automotive store I will go to. The owner, Aarin is so kind and helpful. The rest of the staff is amazing as well! Today I purchased windshield wipers and he voluntarily installed them and topped off my cleaning fluid. Thank you for being awesome NAPA of Flagstaff! 👊
The two gentlemen at NAPA were so kind and helpful when my daughter needed help with changing out a headlight. Great customer service!!

My niece needed her headlight changed out right before this store was closing. The 2 gentlemen changed out her bulb and wouldn’t accept her tip. They treated her very professionally with kindness n caring attitudes. I thank you for taking care of her. Awesome customer service is very rare these days and kudos to Napa and those employees.
