They need to replace the Jack Black looking guy with the beard mean mugging customers and staff trying to be intimidating towards everybody and feels offended if you match his energy. You could see his little power trip ways all because he's a manager at Napa lol.. Replace that dude he has terrible energy needs to keep his ego in check.

I did not have a good experience here I ordered online when I went to pick up order there was 2 guys one was on the phone with a customer the other in front counter I was (the only customer) in the store and the guy standing decided to start doing something beside helping me and he walked away I waited 5 minutes still did not care about me standing there so I walked away and cancelled my order over the phone I didn’t wanted to walk inside anymore if my business wasn’t appreciated By the way when I was ready to leave another ... read more
