Went to multiple stores just to find out that all the clutch kits they were selling a refurbished and used parts being sold as new. Will be adding photos and video of the products they sold us under the fraudulent Banner of new!
Horrible customer service. Went in at 5 pm on 7/7/25 and the guy that “helped me” was not knowledgeable despite me giveinf all the details and part numbers. At no time did the other people around help. They gave me the wrong bulb even when I said it was and he responded with “ just bring it back”. After I came back an hour later same guy refunded me and did not even ask me if I wanted another part. Never coming to this store again, save your time money and effort and go to Auto parts down the street on Ann
Just went in for a single item that showed in stock online. I go to the store which is like 3 mins away and they say they don’t have it. So then they try to sell me something else that I’d have to buy each individual part for making it way out of my price range. So I go ahead myself and look for a similar item to what I needed at a similar price and find it. I take it to the counter to pay and it rings up for literally DOUBLE what the shelf sticker said.
