I am a true NAPA supporter, but I will never spend one dollar in this store again. The big bald man who manages this store is rude and unwilling to help. This is not one time either, but rather five years that has led up to this negative review. I decided to write it as I would rather ride 12 miles to buy a spark plug from a different store that to ever be subjected to an additude that leaves me feeling frustrated again!
