UPDATE: I had to take the original review down because the system will not allow me to update. After a bad customer service experience several weeks ago I posted a review here regarding that event. Almost immediately the business reached out to me and restored my faith in being a consumer. Andy contacted me to apologize for the incident and inform me that he had spoken with his entire team about the importance of quality customer service. Always an exciting experience dealing with this NAPA. They have stellar levels of automotive parts expertise combined with enthusiastic delivery drivers. Whether it's Mike (Peaches!!!), Dan ( King Nerd), David ( Prince Nerd), or Tori (coming in clutch with last minute parts on her own time) we get the job done because of y'all.
