I have been a loyal customer of Readhead Auto Parts NAPA Store since Sean acquired the franchise. He & his staff are consistently courteous & attentive to my needs & very helpful in answering questions. Last year I had to purchase 2 NAPA Legend Premium automotive batteries on the same day. He was helpful in getting the right ones to the Lockhart store for me. I stopped in with a problem concerning my trailer lights. Everybody was very interested in helping me and actually came out and helped fix the problem in the parking lot. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
NAPA Auto Parts – Redhead Auto Parts was really disappointing. When I went in, the store felt disorganized and cluttered, making it hard to find what I needed. Some of the items I asked about were out of stock, and the staff seemed rushed and not very helpful.
