Very customer friendly and has always asked questions properly and helped me check my battery and get a free diagnostic to get ready before winter!
They had individual bulbs I needed right behind the counter without all the packaging at a good price.
Do not recommend. Tried to order battery online with Napa's Black Friday discount. Site was having issues and told us we would have to pay in store. Went in store and talked to rep at counter. Explained problem and was told they would not discount the battery. I was then told I could spend the $8 in gas to go to a different store if that suited me. Won't be returning.
