I went in to ask if they would check my battery and the old dude with the gray Jesus hair said no. I said I have my car out front. He said not unless you take it out and bring it into the store. Lol. What is happening to customer service? No more Napa Auto for me. Peace!

I ordered brake pads and an engine air filter from NAPA Auto Parts online and had them delivered to this store location. I received a text from the store that my items were ready for pick up the following day. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, given there were two customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, the clerk readily located my items and double checked that they were an exact fit for my vehicle and they were.
