I have to sing the praises of Tom, one of the parts techs who works there. The parts techs were all busy with other customers and Tom saw us waiting and said “I’ll be right with you” as he was tending to another customer. He finished with the other guy and took us, was super efficient, kind and generous. He pulled up the various options for the inner tie rod end I needed to replace on my sister’s car so that we could choose & then he very expeditiously got it, threw in 2 cotter pins of different sizes since I wasn’t sure whi... read more
