I went in to get a headlight bulb it was 12 minutes before closing therefore he would not give me the light bulbs to help me out can I watch two men going behind me and they were served I feel it's a discrimination place and I don't advise any female to do any business here.
Went in to return a battery I’d bought just 3 days earlier because I decided to upgrade to a different brand. The manager took it back with no hassle and refunded me on the spot, even though I was swapping brands. Really appreciated the flexibility and great customer service — will keep coming back to this location. Knowing that Napa is there, no reason to go to Auto zone.
We had an emergency need for parts 25 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. Navigation says 17 minutes away. While we started to head over, we called and asked if they closed right at 7. The guy who answered the phone said “get here by 7”. We arrived 3 minutes to 7 and the staff was on their way to their cars! I get it, you want to go home, but we called ahead and we did make it! Very disappointed. Napa lost a great sale and my loyalty. The other parts place helped us very kindly. Do better Napa!
