I just had an absolutely awful experience with the MANAGER of Napa at 7323 El Cajon Blvd, La Mesa, CA 91942. I have a wholesale account with Napa and called to order parts like normal. After being on hold for over 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call again as I felt like I was forgotten about. Someone answered and immediately asked how they could help me instead of placing me on hold...I simply said I was on hold for over 15 minutes and believe you forgot about me. Ordered part 05:09:25 said it will come 05:15:25 in the morning. And that day they said they ordered the wrong part and the wrong one came. And you need to wait another 2 days.
