Needed ignition coils for my 2012 Mazda. Seemed a little pricey but they had them in stock, had it back on the road in less than an hour.
They are very dry and lazy at this store. They quoted me only on the most expensive items for my honda Accord. Me knowing there are cheaper brands. The guy didnt make an effort to sell me anything. Almost like they dont want to make sales.
This store had the exact parts I needed when the other competitor parts stores didn't. Thanks !!
I just had an absolutely awful experience with the MANAGER of Napa at 7323 El Cajon Blvd, La Mesa, CA 91942. I have a wholesale account with Napa and called to order parts like normal. After being on hold for over 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call again as I felt like I was forgotten about. Someone answered and immediately asked how they could help me instead of placing me on hold...I simply said I was on hold for over 15 minutes and believe you forgot about me.
