Im here at napa 7323 el cajon blvd Got here 3:45 I called at 3:35 that I was coming to pick a part got here the locked the door the manager looked at me and said he was close and I told him I just called he said he didn't care it was close already I told its not even 4 and I just called he repeatedly told he didn't care im from a business coming for over 20 years here if one of my employees does that to one of my customers I automatically fired him customers service comes first and if I could ill put -5 another customers sho... read more

Napa used to have everything you look for better quality too but seems that now getting greedy as they forgetting old stuff tha should be available as today vehicles can't find parts and are more dump away as their poor quality and hard to work on many can't even be repaired by qualified technicians so why ignoring the ones that keep running?? Oh I know because they keep running
4 people in the store waiting while we could hear a few of them in the back having personal conversations. Once someone finally came up what's shown in stock on the website isn't there. Complete waste of time.
