Change the napa website if you're closed on sundays, cannot do my pickup
Bought a pinion seal online and it was delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. The part was guaranteed to fit my SUV but was the wrong part. I returned the part in person and the BIPOC counter person was aloof, unhelpful, avoided eye contact and tried to refund me for a lower amount than I paid. Good thing I caught it before approving it. Makes me wonder if he was trying to scam a few bucks off of the return.
