2 stars because both times I've stopped here the guys weren't very car part savy and didnt seem to want to look up parts to help me figure it out. Both times I left empty handed.
My husband bought a part in St. Louis Park two days ago, New, and unused. Went to the Hopkins store to return it because it was closer to our house and they wouldn’t take it back. We had to drive all the way to St. Louis Park to return it. The manager in Hopkins said it was his call, and that he would take too big of a hit on the part. After talking to their “customer relations from an overseas call center” I found out it is a corporate store and they can and should take all returns. It was an in stock part, nothing special.... read more
