I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. The waiting time was extremely long, and no one responded properly to my concerns. Despite trying multiple times to get assistance, there was no clear communication or responsibility shown by the staff.
I’d like to commend a young man at this Northgate location I believe by the name Kmel? He definitely is an asset to your company he is very courteous and goes above and beyond to assist. This is the type of character and qaulity of service that keeps customers coming back. Just wanted to say give that young man a raise! Or a promotion
There was absolutely no one at the 9 service desks helping people and I stood in line for 4-5 minutes and wasn’t helped. Finally I went to the managers office to ask for someone to please help me and the large woman ( I think😬) was absolutely nasty that I was disturbing her. She struggled to stand up and reluctantly waddled to the nearest computer to help me. With a snarl she Grunted ,” what do ya want?”.
