I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. The waiting time was extremely long, and no one responded properly to my concerns. Despite trying multiple times to get assistance, there was no clear communication or responsibility shown by the staff.

I’d like to commend a young man at this Northgate location I believe by the name Kmel? He definitely is an asset to your company he is very courteous and goes above and beyond to assist. This is the type of character and qaulity of service that keeps customers coming back. Just wanted to say give that young man a raise! Or a promotion
