I’d like to commend a young man at this Northgate location I believe by the name Kmel? He definitely is an asset to your company he is very courteous and goes above and beyond to assist. This is the type of character and qaulity of service that keeps customers coming back. Just wanted to say give that young man a raise! Or a promotion
There was absolutely no one at the 9 service desks helping people and I stood in line for 4-5 minutes and wasn’t helped. Finally I went to the managers office to ask for someone to please help me and the large woman ( I think😬) was absolutely nasty that I was disturbing her. Great experience, the gentlemen that helped me was very knowledgeable. Made sure I got the OEM part that was just right for my car and I even learned something new while I was there. Recommend this place for all your car part needs
The NAPA Auto & Truck Parts on Northgate Blvd near Main Ave / Del Paso Road is a vast warehouse store with everything for your car and truck repair or maintenance. The store's retail section is about the same size as most auto parts stores. But this NAPA Auto & Truck Parts is attached to a big warehouse with lots of inventory. The workers here are very helpful as well.
