The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable in the establishment was very clean and orderly I would definitely recommend this place they have a great selection and are very reasonably priced
Maddie was fantastic in assisting me with acquiring some brake pads and rotors today.
Staff was very rude about their parking lot. There is a very popular food truck in their lot, one of the staff members came out complaining about how we cant park here because it's "employees" only. Yet, you look around...the only customers that they have...is BECAUSE of the food truck. I get that it's a business, but they need to try and be a little more understanding when it comes to this kind of thing. Will most likely never go back to Napa simply because of how the staff member handled the situation.
Needed an Alternator bench tested. Gentlemen at counter were polite and professional. Alternator passed. Now I'm looking for a short. Lol But that's why some of us work on our own stuff. Getting ready to do timing belt on our 2012 Cruze. Will get parts here.
Ken is very good at what he does...he's always eager and willing to help. Thank you!
