This review was going to be a 3, but James Sherbahn nailed with amazing customer service. Days ago I was told about a product being universal by 3 ppl the evening I purchased it, with the exception of the two models listed on the back. When I looked at videos to do what I needed to, I realized that it was not the correct product to use. I went to return the item and then purchase the correct one.
