The folks that work here are always friendly and welcoming. Super helpful with parts and always in stock.
I come here regularly, but dealing with Alex has become a consistent problem. He’s rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t want to help customers. At this point, it’s not an off day—it’s a pattern. If someone doesn’t want to do their job or treat people with basic respect, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role. Management needs to take this seriously and address it. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with the same negative experience every visit.
