Stopped in today and was treated like garbage by the old man behind the counter. When I tried to tap my card on the POS system, he decided to belittle me instead of just saying it doesn’t work. Rude, obnoxious, and zero customer service skills. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
The manager was very professional and super helpful with my purchase of my windshield wiper blades!
Talk about customer service. Broke down while traveling. They delivered to the hotel several times until I had everything needed to get back on the road. Counter staff and delivery drivers went above and beyond to get me up and running again. Highly recommended
Bought windshield wiper blades here to support the “hometown” auto parts store. I asked the guy at the counter if he would mind putting them on for me. Basically to ensure I ordered the correct size and him being quicker since I assumed he did it more often. He stated “nope against our insurance regulations” in a rude tone. Next time I’ll buy at Walmart to save an extra stop or buy at AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts since they advertise free installation.
Friendly staff and they had just what we came for.
