Best napa or auto parts store i have ever been to. I live in oklahoma so when I say best auto parts im talking about between oklahoma and the east coast! They are intelligent, very helpful, and always willing to work with you. I am very very impressed with the customer service I have received every time I been here. I recently had to replace a water pump on my truck the worker who helped was knowledgeable, fast, And pleasant to interact with. He Already Had The New Pump Pulled And Waiting For Me As Asked By My Husband. My Husband Frequently Uses This Location For Car And Truck Repairs And Regular Upkeep. He Has Had A Relationship With Them Some Years Now.
Is there a negative stars? Look closely…have not received a positive review in two years. The staff who refuse to get off stools to assist are living off the old positive reviews from their predecessors. This place is definitely not the same. Steer clear as far away as you can.
Needed a fuse for my truck. Asked them for help and was told they were over in the front part of the store. Well they don't stock this 30A fuse or many others from the condition of the fuse display. Turned around after looking through what they had and they were gone to back out of sight. So much for customer service!
Very friendly staff. They helped me troubleshoot burned out bulbs and a blown fuse. They even lent me tools so I could change the stuff out. Got us back on the road quick. Highly recommended!
