I called ahead to see if they had a starter I needed, they said they had it so I came in and bought it. Installed it in my truck, only to find out the part was defective and didn't work. They then refuse to refund me my money because the wrong part was in the box that they gave me, and the part was too old. They effectively scammed me out of $177
