This location has the best customer service. All the employees are always helpful and cheerful! Would recommend this store for all of your auto needs!
My favorite Napa location hands down. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They take their time to help me when I’m not sure what exact item I need. I never feel rushed or brushed off, which is why I don’t hesitate to stop at the Lansdale location first.
Do not shop here! Returned a 11 month old battery with a bank debit statement of fully paid napa statement. Would not honor it .They wanted a original receipt. Battery was junk bad cell. Junk battery's dont honor returns. Called corporate and filed a complaint.
