The woman at the counter with the poorly done arm tattoo is extremely rude and speaks to customers as if they are unintelligent. I provided her with all the necessary information for the part I requested, but she insisted I was wrong and questioned me. Her condescending attitude continued, so I decided to leave the store altogether. Still waiting on battery core credits. Staff here does not care about customer service and just pawns you off to call a napa support number. Literally go anywhere but here, it used to be the place to go but all of the new staff is horrible and could care less about work ethic. As others have stated the pink hair employee is not good and doesn't return your calls or even attempt to help you. Just go to autozone instead.
The lady with bright red is very rude
I just visited this Napa for the first time and found the staff super friendly and very knowledgeable. The woman behind the counter knew which battery I needed before I even showed her the photo of the one in my truck that needed to be replaced. I was at another auto parts store in the area last week for another battery (same battery but for a different truck, we have several of the same truck setups for our business) and it took the guy behind the counter a solid 5 minutes to find the part number on his computer.
