customer service On the 7th of Oct. I needed new windshield wipers for my car. After the purchase the person who sold them to me, Brad, offered to put them on the car for me. It was a cold, and raining day and he could have simply told me the instructions were included. He didn't. Instead he stood out in the rain and put the windshield wipers on my car for me. I couldn't have appreciated anything more. What wonderful customer service. Thank you.
