Ordered brake pads and rotors twice, first time was canceled with no explanation, second time I received email that order arrived for pickup then 2 min later (before I even checked first email) said it was picked up yet it was not. Wasn't charged but just bad business and now want me to only get delivered at home for 50 bucks delivery charge. Needless to say won't be buying them here. Can you check on Google it says it's open it closes at 7:00 and you go to the store and they close at 5:00 they need to fix that
Car was overheating and stopped at the 1848 and University location to buy some coolant. I did not get the associates name,but he was so helpful. Just over the top! Just wanted the managerial staff to know. June 7th at about 340pm.
