They keep putting me on hold over and over, i get the part number ready for them and still keep putting me on hold, i understand if you are busy but dont ask me for everything and then just leave!!
Patricia is the store manager. She is amazing. I was having issues with my battery and triple a. She was able to assist me with a new battery, installed the the new. Took the old one out. She also tested my alternator. Her customer service is awesome. This is a place that will be coming back again and again!!
The lady that answered the phone is very rude also in person the staff are very judgmental just because I have tattoos on my neck and my face doesn't mean that I'm going to steal from you or I'm going to rob you even though I bought stuff from you guys I still got followed around you guys are very judgemental people like you shouldn't be working there you guys should be professionals that is very sad
