Came in for a hard to find sensor for our work truck. Didn't have one in stock, but Logan was absolutely awesome and had one locted and there for us super quick!
Called to find out some brake parts customer service is out the window He's telling me prices and I asked him a question, he says well I know nothing about your truck, so as employee don't you think you should ask some questions to give me the proper parts and prices It's effective in all businesses customer service is lazy disrespectful and just out the window they don't care anymore, how dare we call and bother them while they're stocking, and smae goes for the lazy ceo's letting this happen.
I came in to do a warranty replacement on a Carlyle T47. I told the parts clerk what i needed, he slowly looked it up and went to retrieve it from the back. He scanned the item in and asked me for my payment. I questioned why he needed my card for a warranty exchange and he asked me how long ago I purchased it. I asked about the the lifetime warranty and this man looks at me with a straight face and asks "Does it"? I grabbed the packaging that was still with the broken part and had to point it out for him.
