Does anybody in this world want to work anymore? I called this store for assistance with a purchase and was put on hold right away. I waited on hold for 5 minutes before heading to the store myself. I walk into the store and three employees including the assistant manager are standing around talking. Ignoring phone calls. This is unacceptable behavior at a professional business. I will never be providing my business to this store again.
Have been using napa forever,but this time used cash,do not use cash,no stores have cash and give you the hardest time for a refund,almost like they don't want to refund your part,went to 4 stores no cash,one worker in palatine told me it could be months before a cash refund,I don't think this is right for such a big car part place,and on top of it they are not nice to you about it The guy said to me don't you have a credit card??
