The service here was very poor. I stood waiting to be helped while one of the employees was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After a few minutes, he finally put his phone down and asked if I needed help, then placed the phone on the counter and continued playing online slot games. When I told him what I needed, he said it would take a few minutes. I assumed he was looking for the item, but instead he continued playing on his phone and wasting my time.
