Went in on 10/31 with a dead battery. It was purchased on 5/17/24 and has 3 year replacement. Had the receipt. Merely needed a replacement because it had died, and my repair shop said it couldn't hold a charge. I approached the counter, and a guy named Russ looked at the battery, said it seemed all right to him, and refused to exchange it. I explained the car had died, and had had to be towed, as well as what my repair shop had told me about it holding a charge. Again I got the blank stare and crummy attitude from Russ.
