Napa Auto Parts in Redwood City is very helpful this store is located conveniently on the El Camino Real in Redwood CIty. It is accessible from both the north and south. Their friendly personnel have been instrumental in giving me the necessary assistance in finding the right parts. I highly recommend them.
Didn't find what I was looking for, but I got answers quickly I was looking for an obscure lightbulb out of an aftermarket motorcycle turn signal. The guy behind the counter knew all about bulbs, and was friendly. That's much more than I can say for the people I talked to at Kragen. Ended up that nobody nearby but the local Audi dealership has my turn signal, and they're overpricing the heck out of it.

I am not a young hot babe, I am a mother of three boys and it shows. Yet these gentlemen always watch their language, make sure that I have the right part for my vehicle. They have even installed the two bulbs that my vehicle needed, one was for the tail light and the other for the head light. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!
Thanks Everyone I have used Napa for quite sometime and they sell sone of the best quality of products Jerry and Fay will always be there to look up parts or order parts that they might not have in stock. And they will do it in a timely mannor..... Great Job Jerry.

Fairfax Auto Parts is a great parts store. I've been shopping there for a number of years....the guys who work there are friendly and professional. You really feel that they care. Most know me by name. You don't get that from a big box store.
Great Customer Service This store is small but it has an ok variety. When I went in they were running low on supplies. I was looking for seat and steering wheel covers and they had a very limited supply. I wasn't able to find what I needed. The staff was very friendly though.
