Napa is good, in a pinch Shop here if you need something quickly for your car and do not (or cannot) drive to King George. The prices are higher than other stores in the area. Their hours are not convenient and it always seems like they are closed when I need something. They can order items for you and will call when they are in. PROS: Location CONS: Expensive merchandise
customer unsatisfactorycloses at 3pm on sunday! When they have sale too! Says itwiil have the part ordered and to come back the next day. come back the next day it isn't there! So they go ahead and order it again saying come back tomorrow. happened twice already. this store and the one in chino off of central. what the hell? i expect better. unsatisfactory
Great Place I give this 5 stars because there have been several times when an employee helped me put my new windshield wipers on, or put my new battery in. That is above and beyond. Their customer service is out of this world. Their store looks nice, there is plenty of parking and their location is right on the highway through town.

This is definitely the place to be. If you love to design your vehicle with quality accessories, this is definitely the place to be. Items are organized properly and there are experts at this store.
Good Service This place has good service, and a lot of parts. If they don't have the part, they'll order it and have it in super quick. The staff is super helpful in finding the part you need.
They go out of their way They go out of their way to help their customers! I went in there to get new windshield wiper blades, and they even installed them for me on the spot b/c they knew my dad! They said, "Oh it is so easy I'll just do it for you." They really did not have to do that, and I thought that it was exceptional customer service! I still wish I lived there, so I could go there whenever I need something for my car!
just amazing !! I went to this place for a couple of my automotive repairs. I thought their service is good, above average. Their employees are friendly,expert, reliable, and competent at fixing cars. The check-ups and repairs are reasonably priced. They have a small body shop so there can be some waiting to have your car serviced. It is a good repair shop with decent prices.
Good selection. These guys have a pretty good selection. Everytime my husband has gone here to find a part, they have had it. Makes it nice to find a part in town instead of having to drive far away.
