While searching for help for a part for my Subaru Outback, I talked with Jaime at this location. I had made several calls to other stores in the town we live in with no luck. I had the best service from another Napa store in Marshalltown (where we live) so decided to try this Napa store because our local store could not get the part I need in for a week.
