I second Gary Brown’s review. Holy cow does Ruth need to be let go. During the customer appreciation day, all she did was talk bad about the walk in customers and her wholesale customers. I am a vendor for Car City for shop supplies and they are not happy with how disrespectful she was towards them that day. I was there and I could not believe the words that were coming out of her mouth. The store manager needs to get her under control or get rid of her.
What is Ruth’s position there? I thought her name tag said assistant manager. Holy cow do you need to get rid of her. I don’t know anyone who would just walk away from a customer and get on the phone. I couldn’t talk to the store manager because they were not there. She needs to go. Also, why am I and other customers asked to leave the store so she can lock up because they are short staffed?
Very helpful
