What is Ruth’s position there? I thought her name tag said assistant manager. Holy cow do you need to get rid of her. I don’t know anyone who would just walk away from a customer and get on the phone. I couldn’t talk to the store manager because they were not there. She needs to go. Also, why am I and other customers asked to leave the store so she can lock up because they are short staffed?
