Well they had what I was looking for when no one else did. Yeah.
Standing out here at 8 o’clock in the morning, waiting to pick up the battery and they’re not open. Quick little update it turns out there were two employees in the parking lot with me the whole time that I was standing there, and neither one of them bothered to tell me that they didn’t have keys to open the store. So I, as the customer who’s waiting to pick up an item that I already ordered, sat there for 20 minutes while the employees of the store just watched me knowing that the doors weren’t going to open.
This is the absolute worst parts store in the area. I highly recommend going to any other parts store. I asked an employee to help me find some parts he just pointed to an isle and said it’s over there somewhere. He then stood there with his head down. When I got back up to the counter with my parts he acted as if I was interrupting him. Extremely rude and this happened in front of his manager who was also zero help. Napa use to be the place to go I recommend staying away.
